We hop on a Zoom call to learn about your airport — how many hangars you have, your current process, and what you need. This is where we map out your setup.
We Build Your Environment
While you keep running your airport, we get to work. We draw your hangar polygons on the map, import your tenant spreadsheets, and upload your lease documents.
Live Training & Go-Live
We walk you through everything on a live Zoom session — your map, your data, your workflows. By the end of the call, you're live and managing your airport with Hangarly.
What We Handle

- Upload your lease documents into the system
- Configure your hangar slots, rates, and occupancy settings
- Set up your tenant portal with your airport's branding
- Connect your airport's Stripe account for payment collection — if you don't have one yet, we'll walk you through the setup

Average time to go-live: About 5 business days from sign-up. Most of that is us working behind the scenes — your total time commitment is minimal.

How long does implementation take?
Most airports are fully live within one week. We typically build your environment in 2–3 business days after the discovery call, then schedule your training session at your convenience.
Is onboarding done in person?
All onboarding is done remotely via Zoom. No travel required, no scheduling headaches. You get the same hands-on setup and training from the comfort of your office.
What does the onboarding fee cover?
The one-time onboarding fee covers everything: map setup, data import, document upload, system configuration, and live training. You don't lift a finger — we handle the heavy lifting so you're ready to go from day one.
What if I need help after go-live?
Every plan includes ongoing support. If you get stuck or need a refresher, just reach out. We're here to make sure you succeed — not just on day one, but every day after.
Can I import data from my existing system?
Yes. We import contacts, tenants, aircraft, and lease data from CSV or Excel files. If your data lives in spreadsheets, it comes with you — nothing gets left behind.
